We will be showing you our results, sharing and creating content that actually works for weight loss, fitness and strength; showcasing how we live our life and just having an all around great time!
We want to help you achieve you weight loss and fitness goals and arm you with the knowledge you need to succeed, not just tell you how to shed the weight rapidly then pile it all back on again.
How Did We Get Started?
I am 26 and have a 20-year-old sister who will be helping on this site. We have both struggled all our lives with being curvy and sometimes considered overweight.
Throughout school it took a toll on both our self-esteem, so we completely understand the way you feel about your bodies. I used to research ways to get myself really skinny, to the point of looking at pro-ana tips and tricks. Trust me, they don’t work.
It wasn’t until the last 3 years I realized that in trying to get skinny I had been dramatically under eating and that was causing some of my weight gain, the rest came from becoming seriously ill years ago and then overeating once I became able to tolerate eating normally. I will go into detail more throughout this website.
My sister unfortunately scored our dad’s genes and has struggled her whole life, though I am happy to say she has blossomed into a wonderful young woman despite her insecurities.
The Goal of Curvy Boss Strength and Fitness
We want you to be empowered, strong boss women (and men!) no matter what size you are, we want to help you learn and understand what works for you and how to be the strongest, best versions of yourself.
For me that’s through weight lifting and hitting my macros, again I’ll expand on that later, we’re here to help find what works for you.
